However on plus side, the drivers so far have been on time or early for the projected arrival time.
First of all, we were told our pizza would arrive within 35-45 minutes and it took over an hour. After all that waiting, we recieved the completely wrong order. We called the store and they said they'd remake our pizza and deliver it to us. Since we didn't want to wait another 70 minutes for it to be delivered, we told them that we would go in to pick up the pizza. When we arrived, nobody greeted us for a very long time. This was completely unacceptable as there were two women standing behind the register. A girl finally came out from the kitchen and asked how she could help us. We were charged full price for our pizza. Two hours after ordering we finally got our pizza...not even close to worth it.
When you call in to place an order, they are always so ready to get off the phone, they never try to up sale anything. I've had one girl act like it was the worst thing ever that I didn't know the specials for the day. The manager doesn't care what his pizzas look like at all.
Waited for an hour, got the wrong order, and they were extremely rude. Never again.
Pizza often comes not fully cut and u have to rip it apart. Got very sick once and way to expensive for eating garbage.
Pizza normally taste ok.

Why are the people in these reviews so negative? I've never run into an issue with Papa's food or staff-- given, I do order online through the website, but my review still applies. The food is great and they still deliver into the latest hours of the night (bar anything past 11:00, because that's when they close).
