Great service. If something is wrong they will correct it 110%.
my order was incorrect. what i placed in my order online didn't come to my house. They have horrible cx service. employee wanted to reprimand me about my review i gave online instead of apologizing and getting it right, even though i apologized for mistakenly choosing something different, they showed no empathy and argued with me on the phone. I feel like employees need training on customer service and that is sad because it doesn't take much to be a decent person.
This Dominos was the ONLY restaurant in Camden County that was opened the night of September 10, 2017, when Hurricane Irma hit. When I walked in, the place was PACKED! People ordering pizzas that would be their food for the next few days! We in Camden County appreciate what the crew of this Domino's did!
Are almost always on time. And if they are running late they let me know. The Delivery crew are always nice. and rarely mess up orders. Can count on them.
The guys here are AMAZING!!!! I didn't get off work until midnight on a Sunday right when they close but they stayed open to make my order for me... I love these guy's thank you thank you
