The people here were very friendly and professional. I received a very comprehensive exam for the first time in years and the images of my retina were explained by the doctor in detail. Also, a plan for the future was recommended and agreed upon before leaving. They helped me search for just the right pair of new glasses for me and were very patient throughout the process. This was, hands down, the best experience I have had at the eye doctor.
Staff and doctors are friendly (only reason for 2 stars), but we've waited for at least 45 minutes in the waiting area for every single appointment. Dealing with an elderly parent who needed cataract surgery, so multiple appointments over the last few months. Constantly reschedule our appointments for earlier in the day and then we wait even longer. Plan to be here for at least 3 hours for a regular eye exam.
Quality service. The entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I had several questions about insurance coverage in particular, and they were patient while answering each of them. The doctor also took the time to explain each step of the exam while answering any questions I had. The selection of frames is very good and they were helpful during the selection process. I found frame choices to be up to date and high quality. This was my first visit and overall it was excellent. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my experience and eye care.
The staff here are super nice. I was greeted with a smile and all my questions were answered for me with no problems. The doctors are fast and friendly I will definitely be back in the future.
It's always a pleasant experience, going to the Vision Source. They are professional and friendly. I like the fact that you don't have to wait all day to see a doctor. The thing I like most is that, if something happens after I leave the office and I need assistance, I can call back and they always find ways to help. If the doctor is already gone, they always find an answer, even if they have to call back after talking to a doctor. My experience there has been great.
