The worst doctor's office ever! My family has seen their fair share of physicians since we move so much, but these "health care professionals" are the absolute worst we have come across. If you have a child with an undiagnosed behavior disorder don't go to them, because they can't be bothered to actually do their jobs. Instead they will refer you out to a specialist for the simplest things, because they cant be bothered with difficult children. They are the most uncaring and cold people and they are doing a fantastic job of running their filthy practice into the ground. The floors are disgusting and look like they haven't been cleaned in months. I should have switched doctors for my family months ago, but I decided to give them a chance even though our first couple of visits were just as terrible. Big mistake!
The staff is kind and efficient. Not a long waiting period. Once in the room takes maybe 5 minutes for you to be seen. The diagnosis are spot on.
The wait is always forever long. The folks behind the counter are always rude and unwelcoming. Even when there is no one else on the list to be seen and maybe one or two folks in the lobby, if you are late for your appt, even if you call and tell them you’re going to be late, they wait till you get there to cancel you. This has happened to me twice. Thank goodness my son doesn’t have strep throat this time they canceled on me. The doctors (or nurses) not sure who is qualified or not are subpar but friendly. Probably best to find your way over to urgent care or chance getting misdiagnosed at the local “hospital”.
I took my daughter today for a sick visit. She was seen by a student learning to be a physicians assistant or possibly a doctor. I was told she would see us and then then Dr. D Ray would be in to see us as well. She checked my daughter out and then left. She came back to tell us what he had said. I had further concerns so she said she would go and ask him. Again she returned with something he told her to tell us. We were there and never once did my daughter get seen by her provider/physician. We left without a strep test and a prescription to be called in. It wasn't received at the pharmacy so my husband then called the after hours number. It was finally being received and filled at 7:05 p.m. and our appointment was 2:10 and left the office at 2:45 p.m. The thing that has our family most upset is we were never seen by the doctor.
Im sad that i have to change drs but my kids are on wellcare and im on disability and all of a sudden i have a co-pay for my kids. Wellcare says its not them its the office. I cant afford copays thats why theyre on wellcare.
