I have been a customer at Kings Bay storage for almost 2 years. Since I met Jackie, the manager, I have been impressed by the stellar customer service and support she provides. She always makes me feel welcome, answers all my questions and has been professional and cheerful every time I have interacted with her. She has what I call a "happy" voice on the phone. She literally sounds happy to help me. I haven't gotten to know the other young lady as well but she was just as pleasant and professional as Jackie. I would highly recommend Kings Bay storage to anyone who needs a storage unit and values competitive rates, clean and secure units and the most wonderful customer service in Saint Marys, Georgia!

Kind of dirty, but it is to be expected for a self storage unit I suppose. Unit allows for dust, pollen, insects, etc. to get in based on its design. Reasonably priced for what they offer

Don't park your vehicle there they sit at the desk too lazy to look at the recording to see who tampered with your car she said the police look at it but I doubt that
