Prices are pretty good but the selection is limited.

One of the employees was right up front sweeping the floor, she looked at me and said "sorry we're closed". I gathered that from the locked door. What I didn't understand was why. It wasn't 6pm yet, the closing time posted online and on their store hours on the front glass.
Good selection, excellent customer service. Clean store with professional staff. Love the extras available; socks - laces - ect.... Would appreciate longer hours of operation, but hard to accommodate with smaller community.
Normally, I would not have given them a low rating however, today I checked the store hours online, it showed they closed at 6pm. I needed to return some shoes so I went to the store, get to the front door, pulled on the handle and it was locked. Checked my phone and the time was 5:56pm.
I work retail, I get that it was the end of the day and they probably wanted to go home, but to lock it down before the actual closing time is unacceptable.
