Went to get our dog's nails trimmed and to pick up cat food. The nails STILL look like they need to be cut again. The grooming dept usually does a great job, not today...maybe next time.

Shopped here occasionally, first off most fish tanks have ick. Second customer service sucks. Call to see if they carry super worms and what size was told the super worms are just large meal worms... so there was no such thing as small super worms.

We took our miniature schnauzer to the groomer that is located within the store. We have taken her here twice. The first time was great. It was her first ever grooming. The groomer told us that she did really well and that she only got scared when caged and the air dryer was on. The grooming was great. The second time was not bad but definitely not as good as the first. She cut the beard too short and the pleasant apple cinnamon smell was absent the second time around. In total it wasn't bad for the money. But I was happier the first visit.
I love this store they have the greatest employees. Sometimes the selection is limited but they will order it for you and no questions asked. This is a top-of-the-line pet store in my opinion as they are very polite and always eager to help. They will also carry your larger bags out for you.
