This place is like highway robbery! I took my daughter's silver ring there to get a tiny piece in it replaced and they charged me s ridiculously high price! If it had not been a sentimental piece, I would have left it! They should be called Arm & Leg Jewelers! I will NEVER go back there!
I enjoy the sales person very much. They were very helpful. Showing me items that I might like. There knew alot about what I was looking for. No pressure at all for me to buy. I enjoy shopping there. I will shop there again.
I got my daughter's ears pierced here when she was two months old and they did an exceptional job. They were professional and very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend them over anyone else.
I took my 5 year old niece in for ear piercing. Nikki was so helpful and my niece was so happy. It couldn't have been a better experience. Would just like to thank Nikki again. Wouldn't buy jewelry any where else now.
Just walked in. It's a Saturday. Kinda bumming in some comfy clothes while out doing errands. Looking for my husband a birthday present. Ready to spend money on him today. This establishment could've got that money but instead I was never greeted, walked around for about 10 minutes with not a single word ever said to me. There's a gentleman looking at watches that had a lady named Amanda's nose so far up his ass, she never noticed I was even there. My breaking point was someone coming through the door, another worker greeting that person as they came in, only THEN looking at me as I'm shaking my head out the door. Nice salesmanship. Nice welcoming environment you offer. Guess I didn't look like I belonged in there, in my comfy clothes and all. My money spends the same in this outfit as it does at your competitor less than a mile away too. What a horrible waste of time. To Albert's I go!!
