Next, he went to check the gas, which I had JUST filled up prior to returning the truck, and he came back in and told me it wasn't full and either I had to go fill it completely, or he would charge my credit card for a full tank!
I returned a rental truck to Seabags and I was turning it in a day early. I asked the rental store where I had originally rented it from if I would be credited for returning it early, and they told me that they would if they could but it was actually up to the receiving store. So I asked the owner of Seabags if he would credit me one day of rental, and he refused. He wasn't even willing to discuss it.
Very quick, polite and affordable
It took them 2 weeks, and 3 trips for them to tell me that my clothing had not even been altered yet. The 4th time I went up there they still charged me, and did not even apologize for the inconvenience of me making so many trips. They originally told me it would take 1 week. I think I got confused by their name, since it's so similar to another one in town that does AMAZING work and only took 1 day to alter my clothes.
Inexplicably rude and unprofessional! This review is for their truck rental program and not the other side of the business.
