Customer service was A+ however a smile unfortunately does not fix my car. I paid extra for them to do a complete inspection on why coolant was leaking from my radiator. It seemed as if they fixed it until I drove to Atlanta the same day straight from their shop and the leak continued. They charged me a total of $106 to fix it ($100 in labor) and I took it to a mechanic here in Atlanta and they charged me only $15 to complete the repairs and said that they should have done a pressure test. Very upsetting. Never again.
Tory and his associates take great care of my Rogue. If you have any questions, you know the answers are honest. It is so cool to turn over your car knowing both it and you are in safe hands. Coastal deserves an A+!

They once helped her pick new tires for our SUV without being pushy or trying to "make a deal", helping her with research on what would be best and why. I came home very satisfied with the whole process and how my wife was treaty in my absence. When you're at Coastal, you truly are more than a customer, you really do feel like family.
