Best Auto shop I have ever been too. They even helped me get a affordable tow truck to come pick up my car. Every since I got my car back I haven't had a single problem. Works like it is brand new. Which is a relief! The customer service is amazing. Always remembered my name when I called or walked into the store, Great people. They helped me out a lot which I appreciated! Highly recommend this shop! Its the BEST!
Wow! So impressed with the customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! To their customer lounge, kids play area, and complementary snacks and drinks. You receive a detailed report, including pictures of the services they performed, and if any further maintenance or repairs are needed. Just moving to Kingsland, I felt welcomed! We will go nowhere else, as long as we live here! Also, being a military family, it is nice to know the warranty of their parts is nation wide! You will not be sorry to have your automobile serviced here! Because of the detailed service, best to make an appointment, then just walk in.
I needed some tires and work done. Royalty is by far the best auto mechanic shop Ive ever been too. Being a woman and not really knowing about work and all, they didn't try to tell me I needed things I didn't. Everyone was very pleasant and I enjoyed talking to them, and not just about cars. It was nice to get in my vehicle with no lights on and a rose waiting for me. I will go back to them with any issues and I recommend them to others. I really enjoyed my experience. Brought my 2016 VW Passat R-Line in to get worked on and was very pleased. It was my first time going there and I was treated like they had known me for my entire life. They gave me a quote ahead of time and the quote was only a few pennies from where the final price was...only to end up being cheaper for a discounted total. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will be back again if the need ever arises.
If I could give Royalty Auto Service 1000 stars, I would. I had a rave review posted before this one, but after today, I had to do it again! They took a lemon....and I mean LEMON....of a Jeep and made it drive better than any car I have ever had. They make you feel like family, and take care of you like family. They really do care, and make sure that your vehicle is family safe before sending it home with you. I can't even put into words how thankful I am for what they did for me...I was speechless and shocked. They really went above and beyond! In fact, I was practically in tears when I was leaving their shop. I said it before, and I'll say it again. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else...ever! Thank you all so much for everything you have done !!
