They have always done a fantastic job servicing my bikes. Even bikes bought elsewhere. Terry works hard promoting cycling,bike lanes and trails there and in all of the surrounding areas and the state. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate visiting these folks for ANYTHING cycling related.
Excellent customer service! Very patient and friendly, answered all questions from a novice. Staff also assisted and tolerated our 2 children without any complaints.
Could not ask for a better experience. We were vacationing on Jekyll Island and had a mishap which resulted in damaging the front wheel of our new Giant road bike. Other bike shops closer did not have the rim size. The owner at Camden was very helpful on the phone and explained what he could do to get us road ready. Was not the exact color scheme to match the bike but who cared at that point. For a reasonable price, the owner set us up with a used rim he had on hand. He wanted to test the rest of the bike to make sure we did not have any issues and noticed the speed shifter for the rear sprocket was not shifting correctly. He demonstrated what the issue was and fixed the problem with little delay. The owner was very pleasant to do business with. He showed more interest in making sure the rest of our vacation was a good one and less about making a dollar. Thumbs up and thank you again Terry for helping us out!
Joshua Kelley doesn't know Terry Landreth very well at all. Terry started out servicing my old Raleigh mountain bike in 2011. Bought my first road bike from him and Darlene in Feb. 2012. And have since bought several bikes and I've lost count of the parts, accessories and upgrade items that I have purchased there through the years. He and his entire family including their son Lucas have never been anything but helpful and courteous. They treat you more like family than just a customer off the street. Terry's wife Darlene never fails to ask about my wifes health and how she doing with her medical problems.
Very friendly and helpful. I'm a tall guy 6'4" and well you just don't find thing made for my size. After looking online and not getting alot of help a friend recommended Camden Cycles. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My previous bike was a store bought ans never fit right. They asked what kinda bike I would like, my riding style and budget. Then they showed me my options and even let me test ride one of the bikes. In one ride I could tell their bikes were much better. After some research I bought the Trek Fuel ex 7 it was one level up from the the bike I was thinking and a little more than I planned. But they gave a good price on it and it was worth it. The owner said it was rocket ship and he wasn't kidding. I can now trail ride at street speeds. Thanks Camden Cycles your the best.
